• A seasoned pubic relations professional with experience writing for Moffitt Cancer Center, Tampa General Hospital, Visit Florida, the Stetson University College of Law, BluePearl Veterinary Partners and other great organizations.

• A career newspaper reporter with decades of experience covering NASA, politics, the legal system, human interest stories and many other topics for Florida’s largest newspaper, the Tampa Bay Times.

• Graduated from Indiana University and spent a year at Stanford University as a John S. Knight Professional Journalism Fellow.

• Grew up in Indiana and moved to Florida in 1987. Married with two awesome sons and two fantastic grandkids.

• My hobbies include reading, writing, exercising and scrambling through rocks and surf until I get the perfect photo.
